Yes, a SERVICE, thats what authority generally tries to pretend to be: a service.
But were you ever curious who needs this service?
Did you ever ask yourself who would come up with the idea to provide oneself as a service telling others to need it?
There is more to this than just a service.
Its like you already have 10 vacuum cleaners and then yet another agent stands inside your front door and praises his new vacuum cleaner, under warranty more effective than anything before.
Do you think he praises you his vacuum cleaner because he is really convinced by its effectiveness and wants to do you just a favour or is he maybe only interested in narrowing your wallet?
